2. Project Requirements
Clients must provide all necessary materials such as text, images, branding files, and credentials. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project timeline.
3. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Outstanding invoices must be paid before final delivery.
4. Revisions & Approvals
We offer revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Any additional revisions or changes outside scope may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property

Final approved designs, content, or websites become the client’s property after full payment.

Pebble Web Solutions may showcase completed work in portfolios unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Maintaining their own website content after handover unless on a support plan
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Losses caused by third-party integrations

Website downtime caused by hosting providers

Client misuse or unauthorized access

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. All completed work must be paid for.

Refund Policy
Pebble Web Solutions aims for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, the following refund terms apply:
1. Deposits
Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable, as they cover initial project planning and resource allocation.
2. Before Work Begins
If no work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. After Work Has Started
Refunds are not available once project work has begun. This includes:

Research

Wireframes
-
Draft designs
-
Website setup
-
Content creation
4. Completed Work
Refunds cannot be issued for completed or delivered work.
5. Subscription / Maintenance Plans

Monthly plans may be canceled anytime but are non-refundable for the billing period.

Annual plans are non-refundable once service has started.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved, processing may take 5–10 business days.
